All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All current stock is available online.
**Shipping is to mainland addresses only. We do not ship to offshore islands.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The current global supply chain issues may mean that in exceptional situations processing may exceed these times but we will endeavour to update you on your order status if this were to occur.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact us to arrange a suitable date/time for delivery.
Delivery is not available to offshore islands.
Shamitay.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shamitay.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside of Ireland – Please contact us by email for shipping to UK and EU countries.
You can return a delivered order within 14 days of receiving it. Collected items can be inspected when you collect them. Full details: Refunds & Returns policy.
Every wreath is a one-off, hand-made in Offaly. Delivery is Ireland only, or collect free in Daingean. Limited numbers each season. When it’s gone, it’s gone. Orders placed close to Christmas can’t be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day.
Order early. We make limited numbers each season because of the time and materials each wreath takes. When it’s gone, it’s gone. We take orders all year round. Please note: orders placed close to Christmas can’t be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day.
Yes, to mainland addresses in Ireland only, by tracked courier, usually in 1-4 working days. Delivery is €8.50, free on orders over €125. We do not ship outside Ireland or to offshore islands.
No, sorry. Every wreath is made on spec, to our own designs, and sold as a one-off. We don’t take custom or special orders.
Yes. Free collection in Daingean at fixed times or by appointment. Buy online, then collect. Collection: Thursday to Saturday, 5pm–7pm, or by appointment.. You can check your wreath when you collect it.
Yes. At checkout, write your message in the Gift message box and we will include a handwritten card.
Yes. Every wreath is hand-made in Offaly by our family. We make one of each design, so what you see in the photo is exactly what you get.
Each product says whether it suits indoor or sheltered outdoor use. Artificial wreaths last for years if stored dry and flat after Christmas.
